Internal temp seems to be alright, no other programs open, nowhere near maxed out on my RAM. Clips that I was working on would turn to black boxes any time I attempted to add more than the adjustment layer with Color Finale (couldn't even crop the original clip)! Shortly after, FCP froze, then my whole system froze and the computer shut down. I commonly shoot in this format and use Color Finale to correct/grade the footage, but today I noticed severe lagging.
Is anyone else experiencing crashing with Final Cut when running multiple instances of Color Finale?įor context, I am trying to edit a 1080p 30fps timeline, using 5.8K Open Gate footage from the Panasonic GH-6, shot in V-Log.
